The Pythia - the women of the oracle were among the most influential figures of their era.
This pilgrimage is an invitation to reclaim that way of knowing:
Kings, generals, founders of cities, and envoys of distant cultures made their way to Delphi to sit before a single woman whose wisdom could alter the course of nations.
Even in service to Apollo, her presence shaped empires.
To walk these grounds is to feel that history awaken in your cells.
To remember feminine authority that does not dominate — but listens, attunes, and guides from deep inner alignment.
The power of intuition, ritual, relational leadership, and Earth-centred wisdom.
Join us for an Embodied Pilgrimage Under the Aquarian Full Moon
As we walk the ancient lands of Delphi during the week of the Aquarian Full Moon, attuning to the felt sense of Earth wisdom and the living current of the oracle.
Where we learn to listen with the whole body as instrument.
This pilgrimage is dedicated to listening — not just with the mind, but with the whole body as instrument.
Each day is designed to gently open perception, sensitivity, and inner attunement.
Mornings begin with meditation and journaling, followed by Embodied Flow and Somatic Dance, supporting the body to soften, spiral, and receive — in relationship with the land and the collective field of the group.
Answering the Call of the Land
When visiting Delphi last year, we were met with a clear invitation from the land itself:
to return with a group of women to re-remember the ancient wisdom that has been forgotten.
This pilgrimage is our answer to that call.
“The oracle does not speak plainly, nor does she conceal — she gives a sign.”
— attributed to Delphi via Heraclitus
Walking these lands was a cellular remembrance.
It awakened memories of lifetimes spent listening to the serpentine intelligence of the Earth.
I left with clearer knowing, a steadier centre, and a deeper trust in the path unfolding before me.
I’m honoured to share this journey with you.
— Sarsha

Meet Tara
Tara Judelle is an internationally recognized master teacher who has redefined the scope of modern yoga—expanding it far beyond physical postures into a rich, embodied inquiry into consciousness. Since she began teaching in Los Angeles in 2001, Tara has invited students to experience yoga not as something you do, but as something you are—a dynamic, living expression of non-dual tantric philosophy, somatic intelligence, and creative movement. Her approach blends embodied anatomy, transpersonal psychology, and free-form exploration into a cohesive practice that’s both deeply grounded and wildly liberating.
In 2013, she founded Embodied Flow™, a school that brings together these diverse threads into a transformative methodology—one that treats the body not as an obstacle to transcend but as a direct portal to insight, presence, and flow.
Teaching internationally since 2009, Tara is known for her depth, clarity, and the occasional well-timed joke that reminds us not to take the path—or ourselves—too seriously. She currently splits her time between Greece and Bali, where she continues to teach, write, and evolve the conversation of yoga into a global movement of embodied wisdom.

Meet Sarsha
Sarsha Hope has a gift for creating potent, shamanic, transformative, and inclusive heart-centered spaces for our soul’s remembering. Fondly known as embodiment portals, these spaces bring people into deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the living, breathing felt sense of the Earth.
Sarsha is the visionary and founder of Somatic Dance International Teacher Trainings, a groundbreaking program that trains highly skilled dance space holders and DJs. Her unique methodology seamlessly integrates somatic facilitation, DJ skills, ritual, energetics, and ecosomatics—all viewed through a trauma-informed lens—to create potent, finely tuned dance containers.
Sarsha’s work is infused with her passion for feminine archetypes, embodiment practices, and eco-somatics (the relationship between our own bodies and the body of the Earth). A devoted midwife of the soul, she guides others to honor cycles, seasons, and the wisdom of the sacred feminine. Through her offerings, including the Scarlet Codes, she shares powerful teachings that weave prayer, ceremony and transmission.

Most participants fly into Athens International Airport (ATH) in Greece. It’s the main international gateway for Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia. From the airport it’s an easy train ride into Athens or you can Uber. From there you will continue to Delphi; information below.
-
By bus: The most affordable way is to take a public KTEL bus from the Liosion Bus Station in Athens to Delphi. The journey takes around 3 hours and tickets cost roughly €13–€16 each way.
By rental car: Driving yourself offers flexibility and comfort. Delphi is about 180 km / ~2.5–3 hours from Athens by car, with scenic countryside views along the way.
By taxi or private transfer: A private transfer or taxi directly from Athens to Delphi typically takes around 2.5–3 hoursand costs more than public transport (reflecting private service + distance).

Greece is part of the Schengen Area. Many travellers (including citizens of the US, UK, Canada, NZ, Australia, EU, and several others) can visit Greece visa-free for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. If you’re from a country that does require one, you’ll need a Schengen visa before arrival. Check your country’s requirements well in advance.

Here’s a quick suggested packing list for Delphi in summer:
Clothing & comfort
Breathable, movement-friendly clothing for morning and evening practices
A warmer layer or shawl (Delphi sits at higher elevation so evenings can be cooler)
Comfortable walking shoes for site visits
Sturdy shoes suitable for hiking and exploring Corycian Cave
Swimmers — Delphi is close to the sea (about 10–15 km as the crow flies to the Gulf of Corinth) and there are lovely coastal spots nearby.
Sun & heat essentials
Sunscreen
Hat + sunglasses
Water bottle (you’ll be out in the sun and mountain air)
For practices
Yoga / movement clothes
Journal + pen
Layers for early cool mornings / shaded afternoons
-
Brunch is included in your retreat cost each day, so you’ll have great meals to start your days.
Dinners are not included so you can experience local Greek cuisine in the village — the food is delicious and generally affordable. Traditional tavernas, Greek salads, fresh seafood, mezze, and local wine are all wonderful. Packing a nice dinner outfit or dress is a lovely idea for evening meals out. -
Greece in summer is warm to hot, especially on the coast — but Delphi’s higher elevation makes the climate pleasantly cooler, especially in mornings and evenings. Lightweight clothes for the day plus a warmer layer for night will keep you comfortable.
-
Delphi sits on the slopes of Mount Parnassus overlooking the Gulf of Corinth, and the sea is only about 10–15 km away as the crow flies, so seaside day trips and swims are totally possible.
-
Most activities, site visits, and practices are arranged locally with short walks or group transport where needed. Your accommodation (V Hotel Delphi) is about a 10-minute walk to the archaeological site and village centre.
-
Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is required for this pilgrimage.
Your policy should cover:
international travel
